AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!
i finally understand y ZM says im extremely lucky tat i dint go to ODAC Fitness Training last friday!!!
firstly, we ran at the parade square, 3 rounds. but actually, i ran wif most of the girls, 2 rounds nia. muahahahahahaha!! cos the senior ran fast...veh fast. den they at second round we still at first, when they finish, we keh keh, den oso done. lols.
secondly, we went out to run....n, here's the tough one. we ran, ok jog, all the way to the French school dere de playground. n u noe, de 2 senior jog quite slow as we nid to stay in a grp, den, de slower i jog, de less energy i gt, but still, yeh. gotta continue. den, stupid me, i drank lotsa water den when i jog, de right side of my tummy hurts lyk hell, den i kept stopping n the senior behind kept asking us to jog, jog, jog. hell.
kaes, den, when we finally reached de playground, we got a break. n i saw this pyramid, de red colour one, at pasir ris park oso haf de (i love it...lawls), i tot can play. but, hell no. we took a short break n den continue to our exercise.
SET 1 :
-15 push-ups
-20 crutches (or wadeva u spell it)
-50 squats
i tot tats all, but den again, hell no.

-20 push-ups

den, we gotta 5 mins break. n u noe, de crutches thingy, is lyk sit up wif leg in the air, n i cant come up, so nvr exercise my abdomen (or whereva it shld b) n instead, trained my throat dere. PAIN. oh, n note tat we're under de sun, n the floor's hot.
after tat, we ran back skool. wa seh. nvr felt so happy to see BoWen Sec sia. anyways, in skool tat time we got a short break...i tot finish le. but...NOOOOO!!! we went outside to the stupid block which got 17 storeys, n we climbed. 2 sets! meaning 17x2 storeys...den, its up n down. so..34x2 storeys=68. den, 68x8 steps=544 steps!! its terrible man. n ZM's a freak. dunno where she got the stamina frm, sho fast la!!
ok, den l8r, we went back to skool...we oso got wad senior call warm down. is just stretching la. anyways, i tot is cool down. lols. heck care la.
yea....n tats our routine.
n i forgt say, on weds, we did absailing frm the 7th floor. cool eh?! the girls (except nina) had nvr even absail from the 4th floor yet, den we straight go 7th floor. anyways, i dunno where my feelings go, cos, i felt numb when i go down. at the top 2 or 3 storeys, i go veh slow, but when go nearer n nearer tat time, i went fast. lols. n poor nina, her hand is full of blisters cos she got the glove which is half-cutted. n, its really fun....n, i felt sad for hannah. today, heard from nina, she vomited...den sick la, so went home...haiis. den JunWei, Zikri n Ahmad oso dunno wad happen. sho sad, all nvr come.

today, ZM, linzhen n i decided to go watch harry potter. i half half their tickets den they go. so we went. took cab dere, claudia took shun feng che.

happily, we reached dere, sadly, nxt on air de harry pott is at 3.10pm. den linzhen say movie abt 2h 30mins. so in de end, nvr go. SAD=( but afterwards, we went to shop shop...eh..NO! nt yet. we went to makan at pepper lunch first...den, zm n linzhen ordered beef de....eeeewww...cant eat. so i buy chicken de. hahas. student price. so is $5.90 ea....zm no $$ so, she borrowed frm me....n! the green tea totally no taste! nt sweet! but de auntie did warn me b4 hand, but still...haiis...its eeeeewwww! OH YA!! saw alot XMS students at AMK Hub too!! mostly 107 de. l8r...aiya! forgt sequence. anyways, i wanted to take neoprints, so, the machines r in the arcade dere, den i ask tat woman to change for coins to take neo. den, stupid stupid stupid. we 3 all wearing skool uniform, so cant go in! shit tat machine!! after tat, outside, we saw those kinda kiddo play de paint stuff. den, we 3 decided to paint the letter "B", n 2 "F". meaning, best frens foreva. so, we did. muahahahahahaha!! i find my work nice...teehee^^

den, i went to shop for earrings. den, dammit! i chose 3 pairs, 2 pairs is diff colours den the stupid woman says cannot. f*ck la. so in the end, buy 1 nia. den zm alr buay song le. anyways, after tat i went punkstar buy 1 shirt. nice...gt 20% discount worrs!! abo is $22, den i will go pok. hahas. linzhen oso gt buy 1 bag. den she sorta regretted cos she l8r saw quite a few other bags, den they r cheaper too. lawls! zm oso gt buy 1 wallet, it looks lyk a tube.

awww...its so SWEEEEEEEEEEET of May, ZM n Joyce! during de break b4 art, they actually gave me a SUPER SUPERB SURPRISE! well, at first i found it weird y may suddenly go bonkers n wanna stay n walk around at the 2nd level..den she took my spects. but at tat moment, i found her crazy n scary n i kept running n running away frm her, making her really tired den she say i veh active. hahas. n at first she wanna blindfold me, but in de end, i dint wan to. so, dint. anyways, l8r Joyce came lokoing for us n say ZM w8ing outside may hse. well, actually she whispered, but it was so loud tat i hear most of the words. hahas.

den, we walk at the shelter dere n may was leading me. i was walking backwards. Zzz..den when reaching, she still blindfolded me. its scary. i hate the feeling of being blindfolded n unable to see anything. den, l8r, when they lighting up de candles, ZM took over. well, its scarier. cos she no license. hahas. just kidding. den i ws holding on to her hand. but after ZM took her hands off, they let the poppers out. got a shock sia! but...thanks a million. im really touched.
