i regretted...cos i actually look forward to friday. it turns out to b difficult too. but actually it's a lot easier than last last week's training. we just ran 9 rounds round the 2nd level cos it rained, den l8r, we climbed 2 sets of the stairs. Mr rod is quite mad wif us on tat day. zzz, shant say much, gg tuition soon.
